Job Description:

The Air Transport Compliance Specialist in Al Daayen ensures that all air transport activities comply with national and international aviation laws, regulations, and standards. This role involves monitoring regulatory changes, implementing compliance programs, and advising operational teams to mitigate risks related to safety, security, and legal obligations.

Key responsibilities include conducting compliance audits, reviewing operational procedures, preparing regulatory reports, and coordinating with the QCAA and other aviation authorities. The specialist also supports training initiatives to raise awareness about compliance requirements and assists in investigations related to regulatory breaches.

This role is essential for maintaining Qatar’s reputation as a safe, reliable, and legally compliant aviation hub, ensuring seamless air transport operations in a complex regulatory environment.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Law, or Compliance; relevant certifications (e.g., ICAO compliance, ISO standards) are preferred.

Experience:

4–6 years in regulatory compliance within the aviation or transport sectors.

Experience working with aviation authorities or in a regulatory oversight capacity.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, QCAA policies, and ICAO standards.

Excellent auditing, reporting, and documentation skills.

Ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks.

Proficient in compliance management software and data analysis tools.

Effective communication and training skills.

Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
