This analytical role supports airport management and airline partners by providing data-driven insights and risk mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity, compliance, and resilience across aviation activities.

Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments across airport operations, flight scheduling, safety protocols, and regulatory frameworks. The analyst evaluates historical data, incident reports, and operational trends to model potential risk scenarios and prepare mitigation plans. The role also involves preparing risk dashboards, advising on insurance and liability implications, and supporting audits and emergency response planning.

This position is critical for maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant air transport services, particularly in a complex and highly regulated environment like Qatar’s aviation sector.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Aviation Management, Statistics, or a related field; certifications in risk or safety analysis (e.g., CRM, ISO 31000) are an advantage.

Experience:

3–5 years in risk analysis, preferably in the aviation or transport industry.

Experience with aviation safety or compliance data is beneficial.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including risk modeling and forecasting.

Proficiency in data analysis software (Excel, Power BI, SAS, or R).

Solid understanding of ICAO, QCAA, and IATA risk frameworks.

Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Other Requirements:

High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Ability to prioritize under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with crisis management and emergency response planning.

Strong ethical mindset and organizational awareness.
