Job Description:
The Candidate Researcher in Mesaieed supports talent acquisition by proactively identifying, sourcing, and engaging potential candidates for a variety of roles across the organization. This role involves conducting deep market research, building talent pipelines, and providing detailed candidate profiles to recruitment teams.
Key responsibilities include utilizing multiple sourcing channels—such as job boards, social media, networking, and databases—to find passive and active candidates. The researcher screens resumes, validates candidate qualifications, and maps talent pools for strategic hiring needs. Collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers is essential to align research efforts with role requirements and hiring goals.
Situated in Mesaieed, a key industrial city in Qatar, the role supports recruitment across manufacturing, energy, and service sectors, where specialized and skilled talent is in high demand.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in candidate research, sourcing, or recruitment support roles.
Skills:
Proficient in Boolean search, social recruiting, and database management.
Strong analytical skills to assess candidate suitability.
Ability to prepare clear and concise candidate reports.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment CRM tools.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic is an asset.
