Job Description:
The Compensation Structure Analyst in Doha is responsible for evaluating, designing, and maintaining equitable and competitive compensation structures across the organization. This role supports the development of salary frameworks, job grading systems, and reward strategies to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Key responsibilities include conducting compensation benchmarking studies, performing job evaluations, developing salary bands, and supporting the implementation of annual compensation reviews and merit increases. The analyst collaborates with HR business partners and finance teams to align pay practices with organizational goals, budget constraints, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the role contributes to compensation policy development and supports audits and internal reporting.
Operating in Doha—Qatar’s economic and regulatory hub—this role is vital for maintaining fair, transparent, and market-aligned compensation systems that support employee satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or related field. Compensation-specific certifications (e.g., CCP – Certified Compensation Professional) are preferred.
Experience: 4–6 years in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or total rewards roles.
Skills:
Advanced Excel and analytical modeling capabilities.
Knowledge of job evaluation systems and salary structure methodologies.
Familiarity with compensation survey tools and benchmarking data.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data.
Effective communication skills to explain complex pay concepts.
Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
