Job Description:

The Employee Benefits Coordinator in Al Shahaniya is responsible for administering and supporting all aspects of the company’s employee benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness initiatives, leave entitlements, and retirement plans. This role ensures smooth daily operations of benefits processes and provides clear communication and support to employees regarding their entitlements.

Key responsibilities include enrolling new employees into benefit plans, maintaining accurate records in HRIS systems, responding to benefits-related inquiries, and coordinating with external benefits providers. The coordinator also assists with benefits renewals, audits, and compliance checks, while supporting awareness campaigns and wellness program participation.

Operating in Al Shahaniya—home to many infrastructure and service projects—this role is essential in promoting employee satisfaction, well-being, and retention through effective benefits delivery and support.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in benefits administration (e.g., CEBS) is a plus.

Experience: 2–4 years in HR support or benefits administration roles.

Skills:

Knowledge of Qatari labor laws and statutory benefit entitlements.

Familiarity with benefits systems, payroll coordination, and claims processes.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office tools.

Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic is advantageous.

Other Requirements:

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Experience working with insurance vendors or wellness providers.

Customer-service mindset and problem-solving attitude.
