Job Description:

The Director of Human Capital in Al Rayyan is a senior executive responsible for shaping the organization’s people agenda, aligning human capital strategies with business objectives, and fostering a high-performing, future-ready workforce. This role oversees talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, organizational design, and culture transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include driving enterprise-wide HR strategy, partnering with C-level executives on human capital planning, overseeing talent development programs, and ensuring compliance with Qatari labor laws. The director also leads performance management systems, compensation frameworks, and digital HR transformation efforts. A critical element of the role involves building a strong leadership pipeline and enhancing employee engagement across diverse business functions.

This role is ideal for strategic HR leaders who excel at aligning people strategies with long-term organizational goals and managing transformational change in complex environments.

Job Requirement:

Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; MBA preferred.

Experience: 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ years at director or executive level.

Skills:

Strategic thinking and enterprise-level leadership.

Deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, and workforce strategy.

Strong business acumen and experience advising executive leadership.

Proficiency in HR analytics and digital HR systems.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic highly preferred.

Other Requirements:

Strong understanding of Qatari labor laws and regulatory frameworks.

Proven track record in change management and cultural transformation.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation in human capital practices.
