Job Description:
The Employer Brand Strategist in Lusail is responsible for crafting and executing branding strategies that position the organization as an employer of choice in local and international talent markets. This role plays a key part in attracting top talent by showcasing the company’s values, culture, and career opportunities through compelling storytelling and targeted campaigns.
Key responsibilities include developing employer value propositions (EVPs), managing recruitment marketing content, overseeing digital and social media campaigns, and building partnerships with external branding platforms. The strategist collaborates with HR, marketing, and recruitment teams to align internal culture with external messaging and monitors brand perception through analytics and candidate feedback.
Located in Lusail—a futuristic business and innovation hub—this position helps the organization stand out in a competitive talent landscape by promoting an authentic and engaging employer narrative.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field. Certifications in employer branding or digital marketing are advantageous.
Experience: 5–7 years in employer branding, talent marketing, or communications roles.
Skills:
Strong storytelling, content creation, and copywriting abilities.
Experience with digital marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM strategies.
Familiarity with HR trends, candidate behavior, and EVP development.
Proficiency in analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
Creative mindset with strategic planning capabilities.
Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Portfolio of previous employer branding or recruitment marketing work.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and agencies.
