Job Description:

The DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Program Manager in Doha is responsible for developing and leading strategic initiatives that foster an inclusive, respectful, and equitable workplace. This role champions diversity in all its forms and works across departments to embed DEI principles into talent management, leadership development, recruitment, and company culture.

Key responsibilities include creating and implementing DEI frameworks, setting measurable inclusion goals, managing employee resource groups (ERGs), and developing training programs that promote cultural competence and inclusive leadership. The manager collaborates with HR, communications, and executive teams to integrate DEI into all HR policies and practices, monitor progress through data analysis, and ensure alignment with both local laws and global standards.

This role is ideal for mission-driven HR professionals passionate about creating workplaces where every employee feels valued, heard, and empowered—especially within Doha’s diverse and multicultural environment.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Organizational Psychology, or related field. DEI certification or Master’s degree is an asset.

Experience: 5–8 years in HR or organizational development, with at least 3 years in DEI-focused roles.

Skills:

Deep understanding of DEI concepts, frameworks, and global best practices.

Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Ability to design metrics-driven DEI strategies.

Experience developing inclusive hiring and promotion practices.

Proficient in managing change and cultural transformation.

Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic preferred.

Other Requirements:

Experience working in multicultural environments.

Familiarity with regional cultural sensitivities and labor laws.

Ability to lead workshops, conduct training, and coach leadership teams.
