Job Description:
The Employee Relocation Manager in Al Thakhira oversees the full lifecycle of domestic and international employee relocations to ensure seamless transitions and positive onboarding experiences. This role coordinates logistics, housing, legal compliance, and cultural integration support for employees and their families relocating to or from Qatar.
Key responsibilities include managing relocation policies, handling vendor relationships (e.g., real estate agents, relocation firms, and immigration consultants), and assisting with visa processing, housing arrangements, school enrollment, and local orientation programs. The manager serves as the main point of contact for assignees, offering support and guidance throughout the move while addressing challenges and ensuring compliance with Qatari labor and immigration laws.
Operating in a growing city like Al Thakhira, this position is essential in supporting the mobility needs of both local and expatriate staff in a competitive talent market.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, International Relations, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in relocation or global mobility is preferred.
Experience: 5–7 years in employee relocation, HR mobility, or expatriate services.
Skills:
Strong organizational and project management skills.
In-depth knowledge of relocation logistics, visa regulations, and housing market trends.
Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with external relocation vendors and cross-cultural teams.
Familiarity with relocation budgeting and cost control.
Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic is advantageous.
