Job Description:

The Employment Policy Analyst in Al Wukair is responsible for conducting research, analysis, and evaluation of employment policies to support strategic HR planning and regulatory alignment. This role helps ensure that the organization’s employment practices are data-driven, compliant with Qatari labor laws, and responsive to workforce trends.

Key responsibilities include analyzing labor market data, reviewing internal HR policies, preparing policy briefs, and making recommendations for updates or improvements. The analyst monitors legal and regulatory developments, collaborates with HR and legal teams to ensure policy consistency, and supports audits, benchmarking, and compliance assessments. They may also evaluate the impact of policies on employee engagement, diversity, and retention.

This role is especially relevant in Al Wukair’s developing corporate and industrial sectors, where policy analysis supports informed, ethical, and future-focused employment strategies.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.

Experience: 3–5 years in policy analysis, HR compliance, or workforce planning roles.

Skills:

Strong research, writing, and data interpretation skills.

Understanding of Qatari labor law and employment frameworks.

Ability to prepare detailed reports, charts, and policy impact assessments.

Proficiency in Excel, HR analytics tools, and document management systems.

Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.

Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is advantageous.

Other Requirements:
