Job Description:
The Director of People Operations in Doha holds executive responsibility for leading and optimizing the organization’s HR operations, employee experience, and workforce enablement. This strategic leadership role oversees end-to-end people processes—from HR systems and service delivery to compliance, performance management, and operational scalability. The director ensures that HR functions align with organizational goals, deliver high-impact results, and support a dynamic and inclusive culture.
Key responsibilities include leading HR technology implementations, improving HR service models, overseeing people analytics, enhancing employee lifecycle management, and ensuring alignment with Qatari labor laws. The director works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape workforce planning, implement change management strategies, and support continuous organizational improvement.
This role is ideal for HR executives with a proven track record in leading large-scale HR operations and driving transformational initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration; Master’s or MBA preferred.
Experience: 10+ years in HR leadership roles with at least 5 years overseeing HR operations.
Skills:
Expertise in HRIS systems, HR operations, and compliance frameworks.
Strong leadership and change management capabilities.
Data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking.
Proven ability to scale people operations across growing organizations.
Excellent communication and executive influencing skills.
Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
