Job Description:
The Client Relationship Manager based in Al Shahaniya, Qatar, is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the shipbuilding and marine machinery sector. This role involves understanding client needs, managing communication, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with sales, engineering, and service teams to deliver tailored solutions, handling client inquiries and feedback, and negotiating contracts or service agreements. The manager acts as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns promptly and fostering long-term partnerships. The role also involves market analysis to identify business opportunities and collaborating with marketing teams to promote company services.
By providing excellent client service and support, the Client Relationship Manager helps enhance Qatar’s shipbuilding industry’s reputation and contributes to sustainable business growth.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or related field.
Experience: 4+ years in client relationship management, preferably in shipbuilding, marine engineering, or related industries.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Good understanding of shipbuilding products and services.
Negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous.
