Job Description:

The Customer Experience Manager in Al Thakhira, Qatar, is tasked with enhancing the overall experience of clients and stakeholders interacting with shipbuilding products and services. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement within the maritime and ship machinery sector.

Responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for service improvement, designing customer journey maps, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service. The manager leads initiatives to train staff on customer-centric practices, manages complaint resolution processes, and tracks performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement. Close collaboration with sales, engineering, and service departments is essential to align customer expectations with product capabilities.

By fostering a culture of excellence in customer service, the Customer Experience Manager contributes significantly to strengthening Qatar’s shipbuilding industry's market position and reputation.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: 4+ years in customer experience or service management, preferably in maritime, manufacturing, or technical industries.

Skills:

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Experience with customer feedback tools and CRM systems.

Ability to develop and implement customer experience strategies.

Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Leadership and team collaboration capabilities.

Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
