Job Description:
The University Relations Manager in Doha is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships between the organization and academic institutions to attract emerging talent and support early-career hiring. This role strengthens the employer brand among students, coordinates campus recruitment efforts, and builds long-term pipelines for internships, graduate programs, and entry-level roles.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing university engagement strategies, participating in career fairs, organizing on-campus events, and collaborating with academic departments, career services, and student organizations. The manager also designs internship programs, supports graduate onboarding, and evaluates outreach effectiveness through metrics and feedback. They serve as the primary liaison between the organization and universities across Qatar and the region.
In Doha—a center for higher education and youth employment initiatives—this role is crucial for building strong talent ecosystems and ensuring a future-ready workforce.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field. A Master’s degree or employer branding certification is a plus.
Experience: 5–7 years in campus recruitment, university relations, or early-career talent management.
Skills:
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Strong event planning and project management abilities.
Knowledge of graduate hiring trends and academic systems in Qatar.
Ability to represent the organization at high-profile student events.
Proficiency with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic is highly preferred.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel to universities across Qatar and the GCC.
Passion for youth development and early-career talent engagement.
Understanding of national workforce localization programs (e.g., Qatarization).
