We are looking for energetic and polished Banquet Servers to join our event team in Madrid. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service during weddings, corporate gatherings, banquets, and formal dining functions.
Your role will include setting up event spaces with proper place settings, linens, and decorations, serving food and beverages to guests, clearing dishes, and ensuring guest needs are met throughout the event. You'll coordinate with kitchen staff and event managers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
This is a fast-paced, team-based environment where precision, timing, and presentation are key. You’ll also be expected to remain composed and courteous under pressure, moving discreetly and professionally among guests.
We are seeking individuals who enjoy working in hospitality, can adapt to different event styles, and take pride in contributing to memorable experiences for clients and guests.

Previous experience in food service, catering, or events is preferred but not required. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills and an ability to work long shifts on their feet.
You should be able to carry multiple dishes, trays, or beverage items safely and confidently. Knowledge of proper serving etiquette and fine dining procedures is a plus.
Spanish proficiency is necessary for team communication, and basic English is helpful for assisting international guests. You must be punctual, well-groomed, and maintain a neat appearance throughout the event.
Flexibility with scheduling is crucial, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential qualities.
No formal education is required, though a high school diploma and any training in hospitality will be considered beneficial. Physical stamina, reliability, and adaptability are key to success in this role.
You must be able to follow instructions quickly and handle last-minute changes during event setups or service with professionalism.
