Job Description:

We are hiring a dependable and energetic Busser to support our dining operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment in Barcelona. The Busser plays a key role in creating a seamless guest experience by keeping tables, dining areas, and service stations clean, well-stocked, and organized throughout the day.

As a Busser, you will be responsible for clearing dirty plates, resetting tables, refilling water glasses, assisting servers with food delivery, and supporting the general cleanliness of the dining room. You’ll also help maintain the flow of service by quickly responding to guest needs and coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house staff.

This position is ideal for individuals who are team players, physically active, and enjoy working in lively hospitality settings. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the rhythm of restaurant operations and grow into more senior roles over time.

If you’re looking to break into the hospitality industry and enjoy helping others, this job offers valuable experience and a supportive environment.

Job Requirement:

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required. The most important qualifications are a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to stay on your feet and active for long periods.

You must be able to lift trays, carry multiple items at once, and move quickly between tables, kitchen, and dining areas without disrupting service. A strong sense of teamwork and communication skills are crucial, as you’ll be working closely with waitstaff and kitchen staff.

Basic Spanish language skills are required for communication with team members and understanding guest requests. Politeness and professionalism are expected when interacting with customers, even during busy hours.

The ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential, as these are peak service times. Attention to cleanliness, good personal hygiene, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be important.

This job is a great fit for those looking to build hospitality experience, earn tips alongside base pay, and develop restaurant service skills. Reliability, punctuality, and a respectful demeanor will make you stand out in this role.
