Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Beverage Consultant to join our hospitality consultancy team in Valencia. This role involves designing and enhancing beverage menus for restaurants, hotels, and event venues, ensuring that drink offerings are both profitable and aligned with brand identity.

You will work closely with chefs, bar managers, and ownership to develop signature drinks, seasonal specials, and efficient beverage programs. Tasks include cost analysis, supplier sourcing, staff training, and monitoring quality control. You may also be responsible for auditing bar operations and suggesting improvements to workflow and customer experience.

As a Beverage Consultant, your creativity, industry knowledge, and attention to detail will contribute to client satisfaction and increased profitability. You should be passionate about beverages, from cocktails and spirits to wines and non-alcoholic options.

This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys traveling to various venues across the city.

Job Requirement:

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in beverage management, mixology, or bar consulting. A comprehensive understanding of beverage trends, mixology techniques, and cost control strategies is essential.

Fluency in Spanish is required, and working proficiency in English is desirable. A proven ability to design unique drink concepts and implement them across different service models is key.

You should be highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with training staff, creating standard operating procedures, and managing vendor relationships is expected.

Candidates with a certification in mixology, hospitality management, or a related field will be given preference. Strong presentation and communication skills are required for client interaction and staff education.
