Job Description:
We are hiring motivated and hardworking individuals to join our Cleaning Crew in Valencia. As a Cleaning Crew Member, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various areas including offices, public facilities, and restrooms. You will ensure that spaces are clean, sanitized, and presentable for employees, visitors, and clients at all times.
Your daily responsibilities will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, disinfecting touchpoints, taking out garbage, and restocking cleaning supplies. You will also assist with deep cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis and may occasionally support event setup or cleanup when needed.
This role demands consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following set cleaning protocols. You will also be expected to follow strict hygiene and safety guidelines while using cleaning agents or machinery.

Job Requirement:
No formal qualifications are required for this position, but prior experience in cleaning services, janitorial work, or facility maintenance is preferred.
Applicants must be physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks, including lifting cleaning equipment, standing for long hours, bending, and moving between multiple areas throughout the day. Good stamina and strong time management skills are essential.
Basic Spanish language skills are required to understand instructions and communicate with supervisors or team members. You must demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised and manage your cleaning assignments efficiently.
Knowledge of chemical handling, sanitation best practices, and cleaning tools will be an asset. Training will be provided for specialized cleaning equipment and procedures.
