Job Description:

We are hiring a polite and professional Bellhop to join our hospitality team at a luxury hotel in Valencia. As a Bellhop, you will be one of the first and last points of contact for guests, helping ensure their arrival and departure experiences are smooth, welcoming, and efficient.

Your responsibilities include greeting guests at the entrance, carrying luggage to and from rooms, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, and providing directions or recommendations about the hotel or local area. You will also help with calling taxis, delivering messages or amenities, and ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay.

This role requires a friendly attitude, a polished appearance, and strong attention to detail. You will be expected to uphold a high standard of courtesy and professionalism at all times.

If you take pride in being helpful, courteous, and part of a quality-driven hospitality team, this position is a perfect match.

Job Requirement:

Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or guest services setting. You must have excellent verbal communication and be able to assist guests with various needs promptly and politely.

Fluency in Spanish is required; conversational English is preferred for assisting international guests. A professional appearance and courteous manner are essential, as you represent the hotel at all times.

Physical fitness is important—you’ll regularly lift and carry luggage, push carts, and walk long distances. You must be punctual, reliable, and capable of working shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Familiarity with hotel operations, local attractions, and transportation options is a plus. You should be comfortable taking initiative to assist guests and resolve minor issues without supervision.

The ideal candidate is polite, efficient, and always ready to go the extra mile to enhance the guest experience. A warm smile and proactive attitude are key in this role.
