We are hiring a creative and skilled Beverage Mixologist for our upscale lounge in Granada. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh perspective to cocktail creation while delivering an exceptional guest experience at the bar. As a Beverage Mixologist, your primary responsibilities include preparing a wide range of classic and signature cocktails, managing the bar inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. You will also be expected to engage guests, recommend drink pairings, and provide education on ingredients and preparation methods.
You’ll play a key role in shaping our beverage program, contributing seasonal specials and unique drink concepts. Your creativity and presentation skills will reflect directly on our brand identity. Coordination with the kitchen and front-of-house team will be important to ensure cohesive service.

Job Requirement:
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in high-end bars, lounges, or restaurants, specifically in a cocktail-focused role. Formal training in mixology or bartending is highly preferred.
Applicants must have strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and fresh ingredients, as well as modern and classic cocktail techniques. Attention to detail, an eye for presentation, and the ability to multitask during busy shifts are essential.
Fluent Spanish is required, and conversational English is highly beneficial for serving international guests. You should have a professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly, engaging personality.
Understanding of inventory management, bar hygiene standards, and responsible alcohol service is necessary. Experience using POS systems and handling cash and card transactions is expected.
Creativity is important—we value mixologists who bring their own style while staying within brand standards. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where consistency and speed are critical.
Those with bar menu development experience or competition participation will be given preference.
