We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Bridal Coordinator to assist couples in planning and managing their wedding events in Seville. As a Bridal Coordinator, you will work closely with clients to turn their wedding visions into reality while ensuring the entire planning and event process runs smoothly.
Your duties include consulting with brides and grooms, selecting venues, arranging vendors, managing timelines, and overseeing all wedding-day logistics. You will be the primary point of contact for the couple and their families, ensuring a stress-free experience from start to finish.
You’ll be responsible for handling scheduling, contracts, rehearsals, décor coordination, and managing unforeseen challenges that arise. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, grace under pressure, and a deep understanding of wedding trends and cultural sensitivities.

Job Requirement:
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in event planning or wedding coordination. Direct experience with weddings is highly preferred. A professional, polished appearance and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for dealing with clients during emotional and high-stakes moments.
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, and English proficiency is important for working with international clients. You should be adept at coordinating vendors, creating timelines, and managing budgets.
Familiarity with wedding customs, trends, and event management software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment are necessary.
A degree or certificate in event planning, hospitality, or public relations is beneficial. Creativity, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset will set you apart.
Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays is essential, as weddings often take place during these times. Flexibility and stamina are key, as events can be long and physically demanding.
