Key responsibilities include setting up food stations, transporting food items, managing utensils and dishware, and cleaning event areas before and after service. You may also assist with simple food preparation, loading/unloading supplies, and responding to guest requests during service.

This role requires a team-oriented mindset, attention to cleanliness, and the ability to follow directions in fast-paced environments. As part of our event service crew, you’ll be vital to maintaining smooth operations and ensuring each event runs efficiently and leaves a positive impression on attendees.

Whether it’s a corporate lunch or an elegant wedding, you’ll play an essential part in creating seamless experiences for clients and guests alike.

You must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a clean and professional appearance. The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing event schedules is essential.

Basic Spanish communication skills are required to follow instructions and interact with teammates. Friendliness, courtesy, and a team-player attitude are essential for maintaining positive guest interactions and smooth coordination with kitchen and event staff.

You should also possess good hygiene practices and be comfortable working around food. Knowledge of basic food handling and safety procedures is a plus.

There are no formal education requirements, but previous experience in events, catering, or food service is an advantage. Flexibility in schedule and availability for weekend or evening work is essential.

Candidates must follow all safety protocols and maintain a respectful attitude toward guests and coworkers.
