We are looking for a creative and detail-focused Marriage Event Organizer to plan and manage weddings and related ceremonies in Barcelona. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their personal style, cultural preferences, and vision, and bringing it all together through meticulous planning and coordination.
You will be responsible for vendor selection, venue booking, managing event timelines, creating budgets, and overseeing décor and entertainment. From pre-wedding meetings to the final moments of the ceremony, you will ensure everything runs smoothly, keeping clients stress-free and satisfied.
As a Marriage Event Organizer, you must be able to handle high-pressure situations and last-minute changes while maintaining professionalism and calm. Your ability to communicate clearly, think creatively, and manage multiple moving parts will directly impact the success of each event.

Job Requirement:

Fluency in Spanish is essential, and proficiency in English is required for working with international clients. You must possess strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Candidates should be proficient in event planning software and capable of managing multiple clients and timelines simultaneously. You must be able to remain calm under pressure and solve unexpected problems efficiently.
A degree in event management, hospitality, or public relations is preferred. Creativity and an eye for design will be helpful when coordinating décor, floral arrangements, and themes.
