Job Description:
The Area Director in Ajman is responsible for the regional oversight of multiple operations or branches within a designated geographic zone. This leadership role ensures consistent business performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction across all sites under their supervision. The Area Director develops and implements area-level strategies that align with the company’s national goals, focusing on revenue growth, market expansion, and service quality. This includes monitoring KPIs, managing regional budgets, leading area managers, and ensuring operational consistency across locations. The Area Director is the key point of contact between regional operations and corporate leadership, ensuring smooth communication and execution of corporate initiatives. The role requires regular site visits, performance audits, and staff development programs. It also includes analyzing local market trends, resolving escalated issues, and promoting innovation at the local level. The position plays a key role in brand representation, government liaison, and maintaining operational excellence throughout the area.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in management, operations, or business is required; a master’s degree is preferred. Candidates must have 10–12 years of multi-site or regional leadership experience, with strong operational and people management capabilities. Understanding of Ajman’s business environment and regional client behavior is advantageous. Excellent leadership, communication, and budgeting skills are required.
