Job Description:
The Business Excellence Manager in Dubai is responsible for leading initiatives that drive continuous improvement, quality management, and operational excellence across the organization. This role includes developing and implementing business excellence frameworks based on global standards such as EFQM, Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO. The manager will identify opportunities for improvement through performance analysis, stakeholder feedback, and internal audits, and design interventions to optimize processes, enhance service delivery, and improve customer satisfaction. Key duties include facilitating strategic improvement projects, building capability through training programs, and embedding a culture of excellence throughout the company. The Business Excellence Manager will work cross-functionally with departments including operations, HR, IT, and finance to ensure process alignment and adherence to performance benchmarks. This position also entails managing internal and external quality certifications, preparing excellence award submissions, and reporting progress to senior leadership. The goal is to ensure that business objectives are achieved efficiently, sustainably, and in line with corporate values.
Job Requirement:
A degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline is required, along with recognized certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or EFQM Assessor. Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in business excellence, quality management, or operational transformation roles. Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies, performance measurement systems, and change management is essential. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills are required. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable improvement plans. Familiarity with UAE excellence programs is a plus.
