Job Description:
The Associate Executive Director in Dubai serves as a key strategic partner to the Executive Director, supporting leadership functions across business development, policy implementation, operations, and stakeholder engagement. This role focuses on providing executive oversight and driving performance across departments, ensuring organizational goals are met with excellence and accountability. The Associate Executive Director acts as a liaison between leadership and operational teams, ensuring clear communication, strategic alignment, and timely execution of programs. The role involves reviewing internal policies, managing cross-functional projects, evaluating departmental performance, and supporting change management efforts. Additionally, the role plays a hands-on part in board coordination, compliance reviews, and partnership development. The Associate Executive Director will represent the institution in external affairs and contribute to thought leadership, business continuity planning, and talent retention efforts. Job Requirement:
A master’s degree in business administration, public management, or organizational leadership is preferred. Excellent strategic planning, interpersonal, and program oversight skills are essential. Experience in managing high-stakes stakeholder relationships and government liaisons is a strong advantage.
