Job Description:
The Business Operations Manager will lead the planning and execution of core operational functions to enhance overall business performance. Based in Dubai, the manager will ensure the seamless integration of daily activities across departments including logistics, finance, HR, and procurement. The role is responsible for evaluating current processes, introducing best practices, and coordinating strategic initiatives to streamline operations. The manager will analyze KPIs, oversee compliance with regulatory frameworks, and mitigate operational risks. Responsibilities include supervising department managers, managing vendor relationships, optimizing resource allocation, and preparing operational forecasts and reports for executive leadership. A key aspect of the position is leading cross-functional collaboration to ensure goals are aligned with company priorities. The role also contributes to crisis response planning, operational continuity, and digital transformation efforts. This is a highly analytical, data-driven position that also demands strong people management and communication skills.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or operations management is required; a master’s degree is preferred. Candidates should have at least 7–10 years of experience in operations leadership, preferably within the UAE or Gulf region. Proficiency in data analysis tools, ERP systems, and team leadership is essential. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are mandatory.
