Job Description:
The Business Transformation Executive in Al Ain leads strategic change initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency, competitiveness, and agility. This role plays a key part in the design and execution of transformation programs that span across operations, technology, people, and business models. The executive will work closely with senior leadership and functional heads to identify transformation opportunities, establish transformation roadmaps, and ensure alignment with long-term strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing change management activities, process redesign, digital enablement, and performance measurement. The role also involves risk identification, stakeholder engagement, and progress reporting to executive committees. The Business Transformation Executive manages cross-functional project teams and external consultants, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business outcomes. The role also focuses on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the organization.
Job Requirement:
A master’s degree in business administration, change management, or organizational development is preferred. Candidates should have 10–15 years of experience in strategic transformation or corporate development, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Expertise in project portfolio management, change frameworks (e.g., Kotter, ADKAR), and digital transformation tools is critical. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
