Job Description:
The Business Expansion Director in Ajman is tasked with driving the geographic and operational expansion of the organization, with a focus on increasing market share, launching new business lines, and entering untapped regions or segments. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, commercial expertise, and operational insight. The Business Expansion Director works closely with sales, marketing, finance, legal, and operations to develop and implement comprehensive expansion plans. Responsibilities include identifying high-potential markets, assessing regulatory landscapes, negotiating partnerships or licensing arrangements, and setting up local operations. The role also includes analyzing feasibility reports, aligning product-market fit, and ensuring readiness of supply chain and customer support systems in new regions. This position demands high-level stakeholder engagement, contract management, and risk mitigation. The Director is accountable for achieving defined growth targets and ensuring that expansion projects deliver ROI and align with corporate ethics and compliance standards.
Job Requirement:
A degree in international business, operations, or marketing is required; an MBA is strongly preferred. At least 12 years of experience in business development or expansion, with 5+ years in a director-level role, is necessary. Proven experience launching new operations or entering new markets, especially in the UAE or GCC, is vital. Excellent negotiation, planning, and cultural adaptability skills are required.
