Job Description:
The Business Transformation Leader in Dubai is responsible for driving strategic, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that enable the organization to evolve in alignment with market dynamics, technological advancements, and growth objectives. This senior leadership role focuses on reimagining core business models, streamlining processes, and enhancing operational effectiveness through innovation and change. The Business Transformation Leader works closely with C-level executives to identify performance gaps, define transformation roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams in executing initiatives that deliver measurable value. Key responsibilities include managing large-scale transformation programs, implementing digital solutions, overseeing cultural change efforts, and tracking enterprise KPIs to assess progress and impact. The role demands strong analytical insight, change management expertise, and operational excellence to ensure that transformation strategies are sustainable and aligned with long-term goals. Additionally, the Transformation Leader is tasked with fostering a high-performance culture and developing internal capabilities to ensure continuous evolution and adaptability across the business.
Job Requirement:
A master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or Engineering is preferred, along with a minimum of 12–15 years of experience in transformation, business process reengineering, or consulting leadership roles. Candidates should demonstrate deep knowledge of business operations, strategic planning, digital transformation tools, and organizational change. Experience in leading large cross-functional and multinational teams is essential. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder influence capabilities are critical. Familiarity with the UAE business ecosystem and regional regulatory environments is an asset. Project and program management certifications (PMP, PgMP) and change leadership credentials are highly recommended.
