Job Description:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the highest-ranking executive responsible for the overall vision, leadership, and success of the organization. The CEO sets strategic direction, ensures financial sustainability, and leads a senior management team that delivers operational excellence and stakeholder value. As the primary decision-maker, the CEO oversees all aspects of the business, including strategy development, market positioning, talent leadership, risk management, regulatory compliance, and investor relations. The CEO works closely with the board of directors to define long-term goals, manage performance against KPIs, and maintain governance integrity. This role also acts as the face of the organization, maintaining high-profile relationships with government bodies, global partners, investors, and the media. The CEO must champion innovation, sustainability, and organizational resilience, while nurturing a culture of inclusion, ethical conduct, and performance accountability. Leading through volatility and change, the CEO ensures that the company remains adaptive and future-ready in a competitive business environment.
Job Requirement:
An advanced degree (MBA, MPA, or similar) is required, with at least 20 years of executive leadership experience, including 8–10 years as CEO or C-suite leader in a complex or global organization. A strong background in corporate strategy, financial leadership, risk governance, and stakeholder engagement is essential. The CEO must have a proven ability to drive business transformation, mobilize high-performing teams, and maintain regulatory and fiduciary compliance.
