Job Requirement: Requirements: A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A professional accounting or finance qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or ACCA) is highly desirable. Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or organization. Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate financial analysis into actionable insights. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a finance team. In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Familiarity with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws applicable in the UAE. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound decisions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in managing financial risks, ensuring compliance, and driving financial performance. Proficiency in financial management systems and software.
