Job Description:
Bulk Material Loaders are responsible for safely and efficiently loading extracted ore and mineral products into trucks, railcars, or conveyors. They operate a variety of loading equipment, including hoppers, chutes, and loading arms. Precision in material measurement and adherence to loading limits are key aspects of the job.
Operators monitor load weights, ensure uniform distribution, and prevent material spillage. They work closely with logistics, dispatch, and scale-house personnel to manage loading schedules and maintain production targets.
Job Requirement:
High school education or equivalent; technical training preferred.
Experience in bulk material handling or logistics.
Knowledge of loading equipment operation and maintenance.
Ability to interpret loading instructions and weight limits.
Strong safety awareness in working with large volumes and heavy equipment.
Familiarity with automated loading systems and basic troubleshooting.
Physically capable of operating in fast-paced environments.
Good coordination and time management.
